Accessibility
The State of Illinois Capital Development Board has adopted by State Statute, th 1997 Illinois Accessibility Code and 2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design. Designers, owners and contractors need to follow the most stringent of these two codes as it relates to construction work in alterations, additions, and new construction.
